We know how difficult it is for you as the event organiser to handle deposit dishes and waste in addition to all the other responsibilities. Reusable deposit dishes will immediately reduce the amount of issues so you can focus on what is important - organising a memorable event.
To make use of deposit dishes as convenient for you as possible, we have created two great services. We made sure that both options would fit well to both large and small events.
Deposit cup rental service
In case of the rental service, you will rent deposit dishes from us before the event, organise their distribution to the traders, collect the used dishes from the guests, refund the deposit and send the dishes back to Eesti Pandipakend, where the dishes are cleaned and prepared for the next event.

If you decide that renting the deposit dishes is the best solution for you then sign up and submit the order conveniently through the website.
Deposit cup collection service
Collection service differs from the rental mainly due to the fact that we will handle distribution to the sellers, collecting them from the guests and refunding the deposits. If the collection service would be the best option for you, contact us and we will help. We will bring as many return points as necessary and our team will be responsible for everything concerning the deposit dishes. Take a look siit at what else is included in the collection service. We offer return points both as a manual reception and as a vending machine solution.
COLLECTION SERVICE PRICE INCLUDES:
• return point(s) with furnishings (cups return machine, posters for sellers);
• necessary transport of cups to the event site and back to the warehouse after the event;
• cups and dishes rent fee;
• personnel fees (includes working hours + working hours during preparation and finishing). Depending on the event location, the price also incudes accommodation for personnel.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
RETURN MACHINE
In addition to manual collection, we also offer a cash-free cup return machine. After use, the event visitor returns the deposit cups and dishes to the vending machine and the deposit is returned to their bank card.
DEPOSIT PACKAGING COLLECTION
If requested, Eesti Pandipakend also offers deposit packaging collection service at the event, sending these to recycling and making the deposit payment to the event organiser.
